Visiting the site
This website presents Copperwright Studio’s games, interactive assets and software work. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, visitor accounts, or a customer database. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Preparing a support report
The support report builder runs in your browser. It does not submit your report to Copperwright or a form service, and it does not save report content to website storage. You can copy or download the report, or open your email app. Review the report before sending it.
Emailing Copperwright
When you email dev@copperwrightstudio.com or support@copperwrightstudio.com, Copperwright receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and investigate product issues. Our business email is provided through Microsoft 365.
Please remove passwords, licence keys, payment details, and unrelated personal information from logs and screenshots. Avoid sending a whole confidential project when a smaller example will explain the issue.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, to operate and protect its service. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when protections are triggered. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie information for its practices.
